By accessing and using Synapse Coaching’s materials, you agree to be bound by these terms. These rules apply to all visitors, users, and nursing students who access our coaching services, mini masterclasses, and digital workbooks. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Educational Purpose
All content provided by Synapse Coaching is for educational purposes only. While we strive to help you think like a nurse and connect theory to clinical practice using The Synapse Methodâ„¢, our materials do not constitute medical advice or a substitute for formal clinical instruction. Users are responsible for validating clinical applications in accordance with their local nursing standards.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including The Synapse Method™, visual physiology guides, and downloadable workbooks—are and will remain the exclusive property of Synapse Coaching. Our materials are provided for individual learning and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without explicit written permission.

All content included on the Synapse Coaching platform, including but not limited to the The Synapse Methodâ„¢ workbooks, video lessons, physiology diagrams, and clinical thinking frameworks, is the property of Synapse Coaching or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the educational materials for your own professional development. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without express written consent.
2. Rules of Conduct
As a condition of your use of the Synapse Coaching platform, you warrant that you will not use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. You agree to use the site and its resources in a professional and respectful manner. Any unauthorized use of the automated systems or software to extract data from this platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these rules of conduct or engages in behavior that compromises the learning environment for other students.
